A Florida woman attempted to evade arrest by jumping into the ocean after she was caught having sex on a popular pier on Memorial Day.

According to police, Allyssia Razo, 20, and Zadok Westfield, 23, had sex on the Naples Pier on Monday.

Police received multiple calls that the two were being intimate behind a closed door with visible “no trespassing” signs.

Naples Police Officer Matthew Blomquist responded to the scene and began arresting the couple when Razo jumped into the Gulf of Mexico.

“I ordered (Razo) not to jump off the dock, but she did, in an attempt to evade me, and began swimming northeast toward the beach,” the police report says.

Her attempt to flee failed and she was caught by beach patrol when she emerged from the water in the area at the end of Board Ave S beach.

Westfield stayed on the dock and told police that he and Razo swam to the end of the dock and climbed to the top to jump off, but eventually began having sex.

The officer said he found the couple in a difficult position.

He described them both as “looking disheveled”, adding that Westfield was completely naked.

A witness told police she was on the beach near the pier with her children and her friends’ children, ages 7, 11, 12 and 15, when they looked at the pier and the couple in the act.

Only a 100-foot portion of the popular tourist pier is open to the public due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian.

Both were charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, while Razo also resisted an officer without violence.

Westfield and Razo posted bail on Monday and have court dates scheduled for June 19.
