A teenage OnlyFans model has built a massive real estate empire following her success on the X-rated platform.
Paris Ow-Yang, the 19-year-old daughter of Sydney neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon Dr Michael Ow-Yang, is a TikTok creator turned OnlyFans user who uses the social media name Ppwang.
She has cashed in on her adult content, building a real estate empire and earning millions after ranking in the top 0.02 percent of all creators on the subscription-based explicit site.
Talking with Sydney ConfidentialThe young content creator said buying up a number of luxury properties in Sydney’s eastern suburbs has been an “amazing journey”.
‘It’s been an incredible journey that has allowed me to have financial freedom and control over my career.’
“I have been able to create an empire for myself, on my own terms, and I am extremely proud to have invested in numerous properties in the eastern suburbs,” she added.
Paris previously denied rumors that her neurosurgeon father runs her OnlyFans account, but it appears he does have something to do with her real estate empire.
A search on ABN Lookup and similar sites reveals that Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd has purchased five homes in some of Sydney’s most lucrative locations, with Paris’s father listed as the largest shareholder.

Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd was registered as a company in 2022 and acquired a property in 2023.
This year, four more properties were acquired, adding $7 million to the portfolio.
Recently purchased properties include a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in Bondi, which includes a rooftop terrace with ocean views.
The OnlyFans star also purchased an entire apartment block in Randwick for $4.3 million.
The four units have a rental yield of between $650 and $730 per week, due to the attractiveness of the area.

The site is close to local cafes and boutiques and has easy access to Centennial Parklands and Coogee Beach.
The family also recently put their four-bedroom, three-bathroom property up for sale.
The Bowral mansion, called Chateau Blondel, is a property that spans almost 1,000 square metres.
Interiors include imported chandeliers, granite and marble floors, and a French-style kitchen.
Outside there is a heated saltwater pool for luxurious winter baths, as well as a 60kW solar system.

Paris comes from a very wealthy family, having attended the prestigious The Frensham School, a $33,000-a-year boarding school for girls located south of Sydney.
His father is a highly qualified medical expert with extensive experience in neurosurgery. The average gross salary of a neurosurgeon in Sydney is $703,114.
Earlier this year, Paris faced court over the damage she caused when she crashed her Mercedes into a parked van while driving four times over the legal limit.
The teenager, who says she was dealing with her breakup with nightclub mogul Julian Tobias at the time, was embroiled in a legal dispute over $150,000 she owes businessman Adam Troost, who owns a red Mercedes SUV.
Ow-Yang has disputed the $150,000 amount but has indicated she is “ready, willing and able to pay” $90,000 in damages, her legal counsel said.
“We requested an appraisal (of the damaged vehicle), and the figure came out to $90,000, which my client is willing and able to pay,” Michael Bowe said.

The influencer crashed her $50,000 black Mercedes sedan into Troost’s van while it was parked in Point Piper, in Sydney’s east, at about 8.45pm on October 18.
Troost’s attorneys previously sent a draft statement of claim to Ow-Yang requesting $150,000 to replace the truck, however he has reportedly yet to pay.
The incident occurred after Paris went on a nine-hour binge to drown her “pain and suffering” over her split from nightclub mogul Julian, Downing Centre Local Court heard in November.
Paris, who joined OnlyFans on her 18th birthday, started at Meat & Co at midday on the day in question, then drank at a Chinese restaurant and a friend’s house.
The family also recently put their four-bedroom, three-bathroom Bowral property up for sale.
The woman later blew 0.213 and police noticed that the P2 licence holder did not have P plates on her car.
Paris, who began dating the 45-year-old when she was 17, began drinking white wine at 3pm on October 18, after a period of partying at her parents’ estate in the Southern Highlands and in Bali.
Appearing before Magistrate Rodney Brender, Paris was warned that her behaviour had “put you and other people on the road in danger”.
His Honor told Paris that she faced a possible sentence of 18 months in jail and that “when moral culpability is increased by aggravating factors, anything less than jail is generally inappropriate.”
“If it happens again… (yes), jail.”
