It has been revealed that 16-year-old pregnant star Autumn Crittendon died aged 27 from an accidental drug overdose.
The mother of three was found unconscious in her Henrico County, Virginia in July, and was later pronounced dead after failed CPR attempts.
According to the Virginia Department of Health reported by TMZCrittendon’s official cause of death was toxicity from fentanyl and parafluorofentanyl, a synthetic opioid similar to fentanyl.
His manner of death is listed as accidental.
Autumn was reportedly battling health issues before her death, including diabetes, kidney problems, and blood pressure issues.
It was also claimed that Autumn had been ill recently, complaining of heartburn and wanting to see a doctor.

Autumn’s death was announced by her sister Misty in a now-deleted Facebook post, captured by Starcasm, on Sunday.
Misty wrote: ‘To my dear little sister, my twin, my rock, the mother of my baby, my destiny, my world, the only one who caught me and most of my childhood trauma, who endured it all with me, my Arnold.
‘Your life was stolen from you at such a tender age.
‘You left before anyone could say goodbye… how much we love you… how amazing you are and how proud we are of you for staying sober through some of the hardest parts of your life, how far you’ve come. where you were, how grateful we are to have had all these years with you, how proud we are of you as a mother, how grateful we are for the 3 little parts of your heart that still walk this earth.’
Recalling the devastating moment when he learned of his sister’s death, he wrote: “I stopped and saw all the vehicles, an empty ambulance… and I jumped out of the truck as soon as I could, begging the paramedics and the police to told me you were fine.” and they were just working to keep you alive there… But my worst fear was confirmed and I collapsed on the road.’
In addition to her son Drake, 10, Autumn also had another son and a daughter, ages five and 18 months (pictured).

‘I went down the hall to check the rooms to make sure you weren’t hiding there, but they were empty… silent… I went to where you were last and stood there in disbelief… how was my friend gone? little sister? ? I was talking to her.
‘There is no way this is real life. It’s not real. Begging God to bring you back to us… I saw the shirt you were wearing and held it so tightly I smelled it for so long as I stood there empty, broken, finally allowing myself a moment to fall apart as I knew The kids were okay and I I was alone. I will keep that shirt close to my heart forever.
‘We will make sure these babies are okay. Your memory will not fade over time. It will live in every moment of every day.’
Autumn’s episode of 16 and Pregnant saw her navigate impending motherhood as her relationship with Franklin fell apart.
Franklin is unemployed and regularly smokes marijuana, something he says he won’t quit when the baby is born.
However, he later gets a job and tries to reform his life.
However, when Drake arrives, Autumn is devastated that Franklin failed to provide support for her son and takes him to court over the matter.
