Amy Slaton was photographed being wheeled out of a Tennessee safari park on Labor Day, ahead of her shocking arrest on drug and child endangerment charges.
The 1000-lb Sisters star, 36, who was seen scowling in a mugshot, received medical treatment at the Alamo safari park after being bitten by a camel.
The TV presenter appeared in pain as she lay on the stretcher with her right forearm wrapped in a shirt. The nature of the injury is not yet known.
Police were called to the park about the camel bite, but upon arrival, they noticed “suspicious odors” coming from the camel’s vehicle, according to officers.
A spokesman for the Crockett County Sheriff’s Department said People Responding officers discovered “what they believed to be mushrooms” and “what they believed to be marijuana” inside Slaton’s vehicle after smelling marijuana in the car and seeing the drugs “in plain view.”

Slaton and his friend Brian Scott Lovvorn were arrested and faces charges of unlawful possession of Schedule I, unlawful possession of Schedule VI, and two counts of endangering a minor.
They were booked into Crockett County Jail on $10,000 bail; it is not known whether Slaton or Lovvorn have pleaded guilty or retained attorneys.

Slaton finalized her divorce from ex-husband Michael Halterman last year.
The couple share two children and reportedly clashed over her appearance on the TLC reality show.
The couple welcomed their first child, Gage Deon, in November 2020 and their second child, Glenn Allen, in July 2022.
“There was no support. There was no love. There was no kindness. There was just psychological abuse,” she said. People about her marriage. ‘I just got tired of hiding it from people.’

Police were called to the park in Alamo on Labor Day and said they immediately noticed strange odors coming from Slaton’s vehicle.
Slaton was arrested along with Brian Scott Lovvorn, who faces the same charges.
“That was the day I left,” she said. “But I was already falling out of love with him before that.”
After a long custody battle, the former couple decided to share parenting duties.
Amy rose to fame when she starred alongside her sister Tammy Slaton in the series 1000-Lb. Sisters. The fifth season of the show premiered late last year.
The star has lost an impressive 176 pounds since undergoing weight-loss surgery five years ago.
Slaton introduced fans to a new man before her divorce was finalized and was dating a Michigan man named Tony, the US Sun information.
When the divorce was finalized, the couple had already been together for about three months.
