Rihanna's new lingerie line "Savage x Fenty" made its appearance on the biggest stage of New York Fashion Week on Wednesday and its diversity theme was front and center.

Despite having launched her label in May, the fashion show was an opportunity to showcase her new line and Rihanna's message of feminine empowerment was in full swing.

The show celebrated women of all shapes, sizes and races. It was also praised for including pregnant models in the program.

The Hadid sisters made an appearance during the show, as did former Victoria Secrets model Joan Smalls.

Rihanna was widely praised for her effort to include women of all shapes and sizes, which has been a theme of her brand.

The Fashion Spot in March 2017 reported that only 0.43 percent of the castings in New York, London, Milan and Paris included full-size models.
